My experience with Wes Dunning at Healthy Baller was by far the best summer of training of my career. Wes and I competed on the basketball court while we were in high school and younger. Though we were always on opposite teams we kept a good friendship. That led me to trust him with my getting my body right for heavy seasons on the court. From the very beginning of my experiences with Healthy Baller, I was struck by the professionalism and creativity of Blair and his staff in promoting conditioning, agility and healthy habits in young athletes. It goes back at least 10 years. I have many of my girls basketball players from Good Counsel High School who worked with Healthy Baller. I saw so much success that I have had my own kids work with them as well. Everyone, including my kids, asks to do more workouts with them. They make it fun. I would recommend them to any young athlete but they teach agility strategies to kids that are good for life.
