The Healthy Baller founder, Coach Blair O’Donovan, began working with standout guard Acaden Lewis in February which has translated to significant improvements in his strength and performance on the court heading into a very successful spring and summer on the circuits. Acaden’s success did not go unnoticed as he saw huge jumps in his national rankings and recruitment earning several high major division 1 Scholarship offers before deciding on a recent commitment to the University of Kentucky ahead of his senior season of high basketball!
This Fall, Coach Dan Albrittain spent 6 weeks helping prepare his client Seth for his first professional season in Mongolia. Despite a language barrier, they were able to make a ton of progress in preparation for Seth to head overseas. Check out some of the highlights from their workouts right here!
As majority of our Hoopers transition into their respective school seasons, we can not emphasize enough the importance of continuing to train the right way during the season. Continuing to train during the season not only helps with maintaining strength, but can help athletes see noticeable improvements throughout the season while helping to reduce the risk and severity of injuries.
