We don’t just build strength, speed, and performance. We focus on recovery and injury prevention, too.
When you’ve experienced an injury, our team of Physical Therapists is here to create the best possible return to play program. Injured athletes don’t need rest! Our Performance Coaches work side by side with our Physical Therapists during the late stages of return to play making sure each athlete is prepared for any movement needed on the field.
By bringing physical therapy and performance training together, we make sure every athlete gets the best possible care without having to hit pause on their progress.

Blair and the Healthy Baller team are the epitome of TEAM in all sense of the word. Their business is so well-run, coordinated, transparent and accessible. Their approach to training and development is intentional and thorough. Blair has trained our oldest son for several years and has not just developed his body, but his mind, his heart, his nutrition and his agency/self-advocacy. They talk about and plan for how our son cares for his body and mind in the many hours outside of their training sessions.
