The Healthy Baller difference

We don’t just build strength, speed, and performance. We focus on recovery and injury prevention, too.

When you’ve experienced an injury, our team of Physical Therapists is here to create the best possible return to play program. Injured athletes don’t need rest! Our Performance Coaches work side by side with our Physical Therapists during the late stages of return to play making sure each athlete is prepared for any movement needed on the field.

By bringing physical therapy and performance training together, we make sure every athlete gets the best possible care without having to hit pause on their progress.

Age groups

From 7 to 80, we work with people of all ages and backgrounds who want to be better, more well-rounded athletes.

Youth: 7-10 years old

For kids just starting out, we focus on a few basics.
